Cross Match Hires Estrada to Lead Human Resources

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. October 17, 2011 – Cross Match Technologies, Inc., a global provider of biometric identity solutions, announced today that Mike Estrada has joined the business to lead global human resources.

A former Vice President, Corporate Human Resources for Office Depot of Delray Beach, Florida, Estrada joins Cross Match as Vice President, Human Resources reporting to the CEO. Prior to joining Office Depot, he held various leadership positions in human resources and operations over fifteen years with The Gillette Company, a Proctor and Gamble Company. Estrada’s international experience includes leading HR business teams in Asia, Europe and Latin America including a multi-year expat assignment in Berlin Germany.

Estrada is a former Captain and Naval Aviator with the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Industrial Relations from California State University at Humboldt and a Masters of Business Administration with concentration in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
