Richard Iderosa - Vice President, Project Management

Mr. Iderosa joined Cross Match in 2000 as a Sustaining Engineering Manager. In 2004, he was promoted to Director of Operations and later was appointed to Senior Vice President of Global Operations in 2005. Most recently, Mr. Iderosa has taken on the role of Vice President of Project Management. Since joining Cross Match Technologies in 2000, he has been a significant contributor to the growth of the company.

Mr. Iderosa brings more than 30 years of experience in the field of optical instrument design and manufacture for commercial and space applications with companies such as EDO Barnes, Perkin Elmer Space Systems, and Lenzar Electro-Optics. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the management of development engineering, manufacturing, operations, and service functions. Mr. Iderosa also serves on the board of two non-profit organizations providing food and services to needy people in Palm Beach County.

Mr. Iderosa received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude with distinction, from the University of Connecticut.
