Mike Estrada – Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mike Estrada joined Cross Match in 2011 to head the Company’s global human resources organization.

Mr. Estrada was previously with Office Depot, serving as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. He also held various leadership positions in human resources and operations over 15 years with The Gillette Company, a Proctor and Gamble Company. Mr. Estrada’s international experience includes leading HR business teams in Asia, Europe and Latin America including a multi-year expat assignment in Berlin Germany.

Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Estrada was a Captain and Naval Aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Industrial Relations from California State University at Humboldt and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bentley University.
