Kathryn Hutton – Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Kathryn Hutton joined Cross Match Technologies in December, 2006. Ms. Hutton has over 20 years of legal experience as Corporate Counsel managing complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and operations.

Ms. Hutton manages all legal and regulatory matters for Cross Match worldwide including mergers & acquisitions, government and commercial contracts, export compliance, intellectual property rights and litigation management.

Before joining Cross Match, Ms. Hutton was Vice President and Senior Operations Counsel of Adelphia Communications Corporation’s Southeast Division. Prior, she was Assistant General Counsel of Comcast Corporation. Ms. Hutton also served as Deputy General Counsel and Partner at InterMedia Partners.

Ms. Hutton holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College and a Juris Doctor from American University in Washington, D.C.
