Training Services
Cross Match delivers an array of training services, which is designed to provide customers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully operate and maintain biometric identity management systems. With courses offered through a variety of venues and delivery methods, there are options to suit organizations of all sizes.

Maintenance
Cross Match offers warranty-based support options as well as post-warranty maintenance plans designed to provide comprehensive technical support for its biometric identity management solutions. These cost-effective options are an ideal way to maintain livescan systems, while keeping them current with the latest software.
A Limited Warranty is included with product purchases and provides the following support during the 12-month warranty period:
- Access to Customer Care Center – Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm ET
- Repair of hardware defects
- Software fixes
Enhanced Warranty offers an expanded level of support during the 12-month warranty period including:
- 24x7 access to Customer Care Center
- Advanced parts replacement
- Software upgrades
- On-site support option

Integration and Consulting Services
Cross Match provides the consulting, software development and integration services associated with the receiving agency and RMS/JMS vendor interface software applications for its biometric identity management solutions. Interface software development is certified with the appropriate agency and all work is defined by a statement of work, which is developed with the customer’s cooperation.
Customers receive:
- Custom software with a graphical user interface, associated cards and forms
- Automated exchange with channeling agency and RMS/JMS vendors
- Support for custom workflow applications
- Integration of livescan systems with other biometric and security systems
Warranty Information
All Cross Match products come with the Cross Match Limited Warranty. The Cross Match Enhanced Limited Warranty is recommended for 24x7 customer care service and next business day replacement of hardware. Maintenance support upon the expiration of the Enhanced Limited Warranty period is available subject to execution of the Cross Match standard Maintenance Plan.
